To catch Rayquaza first fly to Pacifidlog Town then you have to surf to Sky Pillar also you need the Mach bike.Then you have to work your self up sky Pillar.It is not easy getting up the top of Sky Pillar.When you are up the top you can catch him.Dont use your Master Ball on him if you have one use your Master Ball on Latios or Latias.Before you battle Rayquaza save.

 

THE THREE RARE POKEMON

Catching Groudon

When the game has restarted.Groudon goes back to hiding.So after the game has restarted go to the Weather Institute and talk to the researcher on the second floor.The researcher will tell you that there is a drought in a certain route, that is the route where Groudon is.Groudon can be in four different routes. if you don’t go where the man said Groudon was straight away Groudon won’t be there so you have to go back to the Weather Institute and talk to the man again, untill you find the right route and place.
