To catch Latios or Latias,when you beat the Elite Four go down stairs and watch the T.V in your house.Then your mum will say did you see blue or red if you want to catch Latias say red if you want to catch Latios say blue then you will find wat ever one you want catch in the grass.But you have to catch Latios or Latias with a Master ball nothing else can catch Latios or Latias.An easy way to catch Latios or Latias is get Latios or Latias on your pokedex so if you know someone who has Latios or Latias get them to give it to you and then you give Latios or Latias back to them so now you have Latios or Latias on your pokedex so look on your pokedex where to catch Latios or Latias and it will tell you so fly where it said Latios or Latias was then look through the grass and you will find Latios or Latias

I have caught latias with an ultraball on sapphire, all i needed was a golbat with the ‘meanlook’ move so it couldn’t flee, i then wounded it and caught it, its possible without a masterball.

i caught it with my master ball i had 28 master ball
because of cloning i gave it to regi ice and cloned it!!
and because of that i had a plenty of master ball

hey if you want to catch latios or latias do all this things first when you beat the elite 4 go to your house and watch the tv downstairs then when you say red you will catch latias/when you say blue you will catch latios then go out and proffeser birch will update your pokedex into national pokedex and now when you want to catch latios/latias go to slate port then if you have mach bike switch it into acro bike then go north to slateport and start bouncing with your acro bike then latios/latias will appear in any minute it must appear in ten minutes i just catch latios with an acro bike in just 7 minutes

Actually, here;s the real way to catch Latios or Latias. The one up top is not 100% true. You beat the elite four, go downstairs, and talk to yur mum. She’ll say which one did you hear on the TV. Choos which one you watn
Blue for Latios
Red for Latias
You CAN, i repeat CANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN catch them without a master ball. I did right now…. but it is extremly trick. Try using a Wobbefet. to find them…well, it’s kinda like suicune from leafgreen… get lucky and hopefully you’ll randomly find him in the wild. AND YOU CANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN, I repeat CANNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN find him in the water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
