To get to the Elite Four you will need surf and water fall also you need to pass all the gym’s.Go to Mossdeep City and surf down to route 128 on the far right side.Then you will find a path of water go through it keep going and you will find a water fall so use water fall and you will go up the water fall then keep going till you get to land then there will be a pokemon center so you can heal your pokemon if you want.Also there will be a cave that cave is called Victory road go through Victory road and you will be at the Elite Four.Victory road is hard so have strong pokemon.It is also VERY hard to fing your way around in Victory road.
